Ask us about an agent and we'll tell you if he or she has established a public record, and if we have had any negative reports on the agent's business practices. This service is free. All we ask is that you give us your e-mail address so we can add you to our mailing list. (NOT anyone else's!) Our stuff comes infrequently and it's not obnoxious. Just hit the delete button any time you want. And remember, no public record doesn't mean the agent is a crook. It does mean you should be very cautious about becoming involved. And the other part of the lesson...c'mon you know it by now... REAL AGENTS DON'T CHARGE UPFRONT FEES. |
